Question from Irene Elmerot:

blank/rosé kalf

I'd like to get the correct translations of the terms blank kalf and rosé kalf. I've so far chosen "spädkalv" for "blank" and "gödkalv" for rosé, based on the fact that "rosé kalf" seems to be an ingredient in recipes, which also "gödkalv" is. Am I wrong or right? Gratefully yours, /Irene

I think it is related to the cooking of meat. Blank seems to be be "welldone" and rosé "underdone".
